1. Service Description

UpTrack is an AI-powered mix feedback platform designed specifically for electronic music producers and DJs. Our service analyzes uploaded audio tracks and provides technical feedback on loudness, frequency balance, stereo image, structure, and rhythm to help you improve your mixes before release.

2. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not own or have the rights to.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any purpose other than analyzing audio for mix feedback.
• Share your account access with others or resell access to the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our analysis algorithms.

4. Subscription Terms

• Free trial: 5 full-track analyses, one-time, no credit card required.
• Unlimited (€15/year): unlimited full-track analyses, full label matching to 600+ verified contacts, all features.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@uptrack.pro for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

5. Intellectual Property

Your music: you retain full ownership and all rights to any audio you upload to UpTrack. We claim no rights over your music. Uploaded files are used solely for analysis and are automatically deleted within 7 days.

Our platform: the UpTrack platform, its analysis algorithms, interface, and content are owned by UpTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

UpTrack provides AI-generated mix feedback for informational and educational purposes only. Our analysis is advisory and should not be considered a substitute for professional audio mastering or engineering services.

• We do not guarantee that following our feedback will result in any specific outcome (e.g., label acceptance, streaming success, or chart placement).
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our analysis results.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep UpTrack available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your analysis history and account data will be deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of UpTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
